Object of the project investigation is projecting and realization of an Automated Meteorological-Ecological System (AMES), which will be used for cement dust emission measuring and its atmospheric dispersion modeling near cement factory Lafarge-BFC in Beocin. Constitutive part of AMES is atmospheric dispersion software based on mathematical atmospheric dispersion model of Gaussian type: straight line model for routine emission and puff model for accidental emission pollutants to the atmosphere. Output from the software is continual field of air pollution distribution maximum 80 km away from air pollution source. Every ten minutes new meteorological data set starts atmospheric dispersion software (in accidental situations every minute), so every ten minutes or every minute operator has new information of air pollution distribution in vertical and horizontal direction. Besides software refreshes air pollution information practically in real time, it enables reconstruction of air pollution distribution in any past time covered with appropriate meteorological measurements and with appropriate information of air pollution emission.
