Laboratory for Gaseous Electronics
Laboratory for Gaseous Electronics is involved in studies of ionized gases motivated by possible non-equilibrium plasma applications. Interests of the laboratory include collisions and transport of charged particle swarms, granular systems, low pressure breakdown and discharges, kinetics and applications of collisional DC and RF plasmas. Plasma applications include plasma etching, treatment of polymers, seeds and textile and sources of light.
